Fall closing bodyform program

Get ready for the winter and boost your immune system with a bit of exercise 3 times per week in a 4-week (03/11-29/11) program with K. Judit and Edit!

The training program is varied, as the focus of the classes will be different every week:

Week 1, 16:00-17:00: Ball belly-Ball exercises for a healthy abdomen -03/11 Wednesday: Softball mix -05/11 Friday: Fitball core

Week 2, 16:00-17:00: Flexible resistance week - 08/11 Monday: Rubber band and upper body - 10/11 Wednesday: Miniband fand butt muscles - 12/11 Friday: Rubber band core

Week 3, 16:00-17:00: Functional strengthening - 15/11 Monday: Crossed movement exercises - 17/11 Wednesday: Basic functional blocks+ disk weight stregthening - 19/11 Friday: Weight core

Week 4, 16:00-17:00: Stability&mobility - 22/11 Monday: Speed-stop slide -24/11 Wednesday: Basic koreo+balance -26/11 Friday/ 29/11 Monday: Hardcore slide core

As a bonus, there is a surprise body-fat measurement for free both before and after the program! The first measurement will happen right before the first class, between 3-4 o'clock. For this, please do not forget to reserve a date using any of the contact informations below:

Participation fee: 12.000,-HUF (12 occasions pass, valid between 03/11-29/11)

Do you have a monthly ticket already? Do not worry, as we will make your monthly ticket longer, so you can still use it after finishing the program!
