G-Flex

G-Flex shakes up the traditional own-body weight suspension trainings! Here, there is a special addition, a screw-roller type of transposal, which makes the equipment possible to move in every direction freely. This function gives us the opportunity to try even more type of exercises, than using simply a TRX, but of course it is more instable compared to the other. Using your own body weight and gravity to provide resistance, the G-Flex allows you to strengthen your core, burn fat and tone up, fast.
